Booking for upcoming Zoom Meetings could be sent to ZoomMeetings@rotary9660.org.au Trustees could be issued with account details and just send
We now have 6 accounts available for district and club use. All 6 licenses are being charged to Patrick Healey’s credit card. As he is finance chair I couldn’t think of a better account to debit from J .
The accounts are:
Zoom1@rotary9660.org.au = High level account. Used by the District Secretary to schedule DGs meetings. Also used for large licences for webinars and district events. Not available for shared club use.
Zoom2@rotary9660.org.au = AGs share licences (for priority)
Zoom3@rotary9660.org.au = Club shared licence.
Zoom4@rotary9660.org.au = Club shared licence.
Zoom5@rotary9660.org.au = District committee licence (for priority)
Zoom6@rotary9660.org.au = Was Membership / regional RAWCS licence – probably now a general shared licence.
Decisions probably still need to be made about the correct number of district licences to hold – but know that we can fluctuate over time and do not have to have a fixed number.
I’d like to confirm that you are happy for me to email the following groups:
 1. Secretary and assistant secretary – to run through proposal for managing Zoom1 licence.
 2. AGs and AAGs – to run through proposal for managing Zoom2 licence.
 3. Email club secretaries and president regarding use and availability of shared licences.
 4. Committee Chairs and Assistant chairs – to run through zoom availability for committee usage.
If you’ve had any different thoughts on a way forward with zoom – please let me know.
I believe that any district funded zoom licences should be managed under this account – even if they are to run as private accounts – they can still be privately managed under this arrangement.
 Regards,
 CBS
